These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website greenwrmotionar.world and the mini habit coaching services provided by Greenwrmotionar. By accessing our website, purchasing a coaching program, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

About Greenwrmotionar

Greenwrmotionar is a mini habit coaching provider based at Pijnackerstraat 7, 1072 JS Amsterdam, Netherlands. We offer coaching programs including the Mini Habit Starter Session (€89), Four-Week Habit Blueprint (€249), and Personal Habit Mentor Program (€449), designed to help individuals build sustainable daily routines through small, science-backed behavioural changes.

Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years or older who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authorisation to do so.

Website Use

You may use greenwrmotionar.world for lawful purposes related to learning about and purchasing our coaching services. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without our written permission.
• Impersonate Greenwrmotionar, our coaches, or other users.
• Use automated systems to access the website in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers connected to it.

Coaching Services

Our coaching services provide guidance, accountability, and structured support for building mini habits. Coaching is a collaborative process and results depend on your commitment, consistency, and personal circumstances. Greenwrmotionar does not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching programs. Our services are educational and developmental in nature and are not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or clinical intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact appropriate emergency services or a qualified professional.

Booking and Payment

Coaching programs are booked through our website contact form, by phone, or by email. Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable Dutch VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before or at the time of your first scheduled session, as communicated during booking confirmation. We accept iDEAL, major credit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.

Session Scheduling and Attendance

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and your assigned coach. You are responsible for attending sessions at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions missed without adequate notice may be forfeited and are not refundable. Greenwrmotionar reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to coach illness or unforeseen circumstances, and will provide as much advance notice as possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on greenwrmotionar.world, including text, graphics, logos, coaching methodologies, habit design frameworks, downloadable materials, and software, is the property of Greenwrmotionar or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Materials provided during coaching sessions are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed.

User Content and Communications

When you submit information through our contact form, emails, or during coaching sessions, you grant Greenwrmotionar a non-exclusive licence to use that information solely for the purpose of delivering our coaching services. You represent that any information you provide is accurate and does not infringe the rights of any third party. We treat coaching communications as confidential within the bounds described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and coaching services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Coaching outcomes vary by individual and depend on many factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Greenwrmotionar, its directors, coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or coaching services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific coaching program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greenwrmotionar and its officers, coaches, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as Google Maps. These links are provided for convenience only. Greenwrmotionar does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Modifications to Terms

For material changes affecting active coaching clients, we will provide reasonable notice via email.

Severability

Entire Agreement
