This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for coaching programs purchased from Greenwrmotionar through greenwrmotionar.world. We are committed to fair and transparent policies that respect both our clients and our coaches. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our mini habit coaching products.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all coaching programs offered by Greenwrmotionar, including the Mini Habit Starter Session (€89), Four-Week Habit Blueprint (€249), and Personal Habit Mentor Program (€449). It covers purchases made through our website, by phone, or by email. Digital materials provided as part of coaching programs, such as habit blueprints and tracking templates, are included in the service and are not sold separately.
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) and EU Consumer Rights Directive. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting help@greenwrmotionar.world or calling +31624097806 before the withdrawal period expires.
However, if you request that coaching services begin during the withdrawal period and the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered. For partially delivered services, a proportional refund may apply for the undelivered portion.
Cancellation Before First Session
If you cancel your coaching program before your first scheduled session and within the 14-day withdrawal period, you are entitled to a full refund of the program fee. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. No administrative fees apply to cancellations made within this period.
Cancellation After First Session
If you wish to cancel after attending your first coaching session, the following refund structure applies:
- Mini Habit Starter Session (€89): no refund is available after the session has been conducted, as this is a single-session product that is fully delivered upon completion.
- Four-Week Habit Blueprint (€249): if cancelled after one session, a refund of €187 (75% of the program fee) is available. After two sessions, a refund of €125 (50%) is available. After three sessions, a refund of €62 (25%) is available. No refund is available after four sessions have been completed.
- Personal Habit Mentor Program (€449): if cancelled within the first two weeks (after up to two sessions), a refund of €337 (75%) is available. After four sessions, a refund of €225 (50%) is available. After eight sessions, a refund of €112 (25%) is available. No refund is available after ten or more sessions have been completed.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule any coaching session without penalty by providing at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests can be made by email, phone, or through your coach directly. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be counted as attended and forfeited. Greenwrmotionar reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to coach unavailability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, and will offer alternative times at no additional cost.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and no refund or rescheduling credit will be provided for that session. We will attempt to contact you if you are more than 15 minutes late to a session. If you do not respond within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session is marked as a no-show.
Program Upgrades
If you purchase a Mini Habit Starter Session (€89) and decide to upgrade to the Four-Week Habit Blueprint (€249) or Personal Habit Mentor Program (€449) within 30 days of your starter session, the €89 fee will be credited toward the upgraded program price. Upgrades are subject to coach availability and must be requested in writing via email or our contact form.
Dissatisfaction and Quality Concerns
Your satisfaction with our coaching services is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a session, please contact us within 7 days of the session date. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, may offer a complimentary rescheduled session, a partial refund, or a transfer to a different coach. Each case is evaluated individually based on the specific circumstances and our coaching standards.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method, such as bank transfer. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Coaching sessions that have been attended and completed.
- Digital materials that have been downloaded or delivered, including habit blueprints and tracking templates, once coaching has commenced.
- Program fees for sessions forfeited due to no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice).
- Any promotional or discounted program where the discount terms explicitly state non-refundability.
Force Majeure
In the event that Greenwrmotionar is unable to deliver coaching services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures, we will offer to reschedule affected sessions or provide a proportional refund for undelivered services. We will communicate promptly with affected clients and work to find a satisfactory resolution.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation, rescheduling, or refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for booking.
- The coaching program purchased and date of purchase.
- The reason for your cancellation or refund request.
- Your preferred resolution (refund, reschedule, or program transfer).

Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our response to your refund request, you may seek resolution through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact the Geschillencommissie or another recognised dispute resolution body in the Netherlands. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on greenwrmotionar.world with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes will not affect refund requests submitted before the policy change date. For active coaching clients, material changes will be communicated via email.
